Room Rates

Rooms 1, 2, 4, and 5 all have a queen sized bed, kitchenette, and private bath.   In the off season (September 15 to May 15th) they are $95 per night before tax.  During the summer, they are $120 per night before tax.  Prices are based on a 2-person occupancy, for an additional $15, a cot is available.

Room #3 is our suite, with both a king and queen sized bed, kitchenette, private bath, and additional private entrance.  In the off season (September 15-May 15) it is $120 per night before tax.  During the summer, it is $165 per night before tax.  Prices are based on a 4 person occupancy, for an additional $15, a cot is available.

The entire Inn may also be reserved, which includes not only all five rooms, but use of the kitchen, exclusive use of the grounds, and our newly-opened media room, which features stadium seating and a home theater system.  During the off season, the entire Inn may be reserved for $650 per night before tax.  During the summer, $750 per night before tax.

Reserve the Inn for Your Event or Meeting

We offer several options for your events

  • Hourly rates for Meetings.  Includes use of one meeting area; Kitchen and Dining Room, Media Room, or Lawn.  Price is based on number of attendees, and is tax exempt
    • Less than 10 attendees, $25 per hour
    • Less than 25 attendees $50 per hour
    • Less than 50 attendees $100 per hour
    • Less than 100 attendees $200 per hour
  • The Inn and its grounds, for Reunions, Retreats, Conferences are based on entire Inn rates, as listed above.
  • Summer weddings at Alpine Rose Inn have a base cost of $2000, which includes use of the Inn’s meeting spaces, complimentary use of the suite, and the grounds, for a 24 hour period.  The lawn can accommodate up to 120 guests.  Additional rooms, chairs, tables, linens, pavilion tents, place settings, and more are available at additional cost.
  • Winter weddings at Alpine Rose Inn have a base cost of $1000, which includes use of the Inn’s meeting spaces and complimentary use of the suite, for a 24 hour period.  The dining room can accommodate up to 40 guests.  Additional rooms, chairs, tables, place settings, and more are available at additional cost.
